The Brain Break Bumper

Brain Break is a bumper that would appear on I-Ready Diagnostic and the would let you take a break and some calming games for a rest. The reason they created the "Brain Break" was because they wanted I-Ready to be less stressful, so they gave breaks to the children in the diagnostics. The Brain Breaks usually appear when you have finished about 20 - 33% of questions on the test, (every time) since the Diagnostic has about 80-100 questions. The Brain Break happens about 3 times during the diagnostic. G.O tells you the things you should to do rest your brain.

Type of Calming Game[]

  1. You do this Brain Break at about 20 to 30%. You take an uncounted (by the program) amount of Balloon Breaths.
  2. You do this Brain Break at about 50 to 60%. You do 8 Balloon Breaths.
  3. You do this one at about 75 to 80%. You do one Balloon Breath and scrunch up your muscles around the body.

Archived[]

For some reason, this won’t play in the diagnostic anymore. It is unknown why it was archived but it was replaced with Cat Stacker, Dig Site, or Galaxy Sprint, depending on your grade level. It is unknown if this is a temporary archive or a permanent archive.

Game Break[]

The game break has the same purpose as the brain break, but it's one of the rewards, depending on your grade level.
